day two...

i survived...barely. i didn't plan my food very well today and i was starving all day and not really digging what i ate. basically, i ate the same thing as i did yesterday...happy, happy, joy, joy.

bfast: egg biscuit thing w/a dollop of guac, 2 chunks of cantaloupe
lunch: 2 chix lettuce tacos (same as yesterday), few pieces of cantaloupe, 1/4 bottle of coconut water
dinner: pork loin, broccoli and cauliflower, apple banana, handful of black olives (not sure if these are true paleo but whatevs...better than busting into some donuts!)

i think i may be eating too much fruit. i really need to meal plan better so i don't get bored and aggro that i can't eat the freaking donuts...lol.

fvck, i really HATE running. i think, actually i KNOW i hate it cuz i'm not good at it. when we did "griff" on tuesday, i was so pissed that i was last...i literally started crying on my second punchbowl loop, realized how ridic it was and started to try to get focused again but not before hyperventilating from said crying...what an idiot!

i'm not good at sucking and crossfit frustrates me, which is why i show up everyday...so that's a good thing. hopefully, one day when i grow up, i'll be able to do a full on handstand and a muscle up!!!

so glad day dos is over...i think i was in a pissy mood today. 5am is gonna come early so i better put my pissy self to bed and get ready for the 6am wod and CONQUER day 3.

i have a friend flying in tomorrow...little does she know she will be going on the paleo tour...hahahahahaha.
