so today was the first day of paleo and i survived!!! my coworkers brought in a bunch of pastries from SBUX...wtf...thanks for the support! then we were bought lunch, i passed. dinner was at yanagi for a corporate event. i have to say, i totally surprised myself. no cheating whatsoever...sahweet.
my day started off with crossfit at 6am, which was perfect because it was great to be around supportive peeps to kick off the challenge.
my food for the day:
bfast--egg muffin: eggs, onion, zuchinni, tomatoes and olives. also had a slice of avocado.
lunch--chicken tacos: grilled chix breast with homemade guacamole served in a romaine lettuce leaf. a few chunks of cantaloupe and 6 oz. coconut water
dinner--sashimi: tako and hamachi, some poke and tons of water
