day tres...

6 am came way too fvcking early!  although i popped out of bed at 4am cuz i was scared that my alarm wouldn't go off???

good bike ride to cfo, super early so all the touristas aren't out yet :)

wod today was "war frank"

25 muscle ups
100 squats
35 GHD sit ups

i definitely had to do sd...don't i always???

my abs are already SORE, my hamstrings are tighter than a mofo...i'm feeling a little jacked up right now.

foodwise, i did awesome.  i brought more food than yesterday.

bfast: 2 egg biscuit things ( i made a shit ton so i will be eating these for days), half avocado, some olives
lunch: 2 pieces of pork, broccoli and cauliflower, 4 chunks of cataloupe, hella water
snack: apple ( i was BEYOND starving)
dinner: pork loin chop, broccoli/cauliflower

my friend emilie will be visiting this weekend. it's gonna be tough to play tour guide and not partake in the wonderful treats hawaii has to offer :(  that's okay though cuz my eye is on the prize and it's worth it!
